Proprioception is a key component in active ageing. It has Major implications for preventing falls but also in maintaining the functional strength and mobility necessary to remain active and independent as we get older. We will be discussing how the combination of chiropractic care and vibration therapy can improve proprioception and promote a healthy active lifestyle as we age.

Dr. Justin Mariano (DC) is a chiropractor and health educator with over 18 yrs of experience in the United State and Southeast Asia. He holds a bachelor's degree in nutrition as well as a Doctor of Chiropractic. He is the Clinic Director of True Chiropractic in Singapore and member of the Alliance Of Chiropractic (AOC) Singapore. Dr. Mariano has dedicated his clinical focus on family care and preventative health. He is passionate about health education based on the core belief that people who understand health have better long-term health outcomes.
