Dr Ow Chee Chung is currently the CEO of Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital. The hospital has now completed the major redevelopment to transform it into a Community Healthcare Hub. The hospital has doubled both its inpatient and outpatient capacities. It is now moving towards building a Regional Community Healthcare System A medical doctor by training, Dr Ow also has a Master in Business Administration (MBA, Surrey). He has held several leadership appointments in the public service, VWOs and the healthcare sector such as the restructured hospitals and health institutions. He has a personal interest in the development of community care services.
