Ms Joscelyn Lin

Assistant Director, Centre for Workplace Development, Singapore National Employers Federation

Joscelyn is the Assistant Director at the Centre for Workplace Development at SNEF, where she leads initiatives on workforce transformation and the development of inclusive workplaces. She works closely with key government agencies, including the Ministry of Manpower and Workforce Singapore, to help businesses across various sectors adopt progressive, future-ready practices that support diverse and evolving workforces.


With over 11 years of experience in business management, human capital development, and corporate operations, Joscelyn has a strong track record of providing advisory services to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). She is passionate about building resilient teams and fostering inclusive, diverse workplaces.


Joscelyn holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University and an MBA from the University of Western Australia. She is also a certified assessor for the Institute of Human Resource Professionals and an associate consultant at the Singapore Productivity Centre.
