Mr Kelvin Lee, Head, Community Enablement and Caregivers Support, TOUCH Community Services)
Kelvin Lee is currently the Head of Community Enablement
and Caregivers Support. He has more than 20 years of experience in pioneering
initiatives, project and resource management across regional and multicultural
settings. His international experience included working in countries like
Vietnam, Australia and Kazakhstan in the areas of crisis relief, aid
distribution, community development, skills transfer, vocational education and,
occupational health and safety.
Kelvin looks to facilitate positive experiences and outcomes. He is a firm
believer in living life to the fullest, and readily explores options that
encourage positive community changes, engineering platforms to enable and
empower others to do so too. As the lead of the Community Enablement Pilot
(CEP) project in an Ang Mo Kio precinct, Kelvin plays a pivotal role in the
setting up of TOUCHpoint@AMK 433 in 2019, leveraging community assets and
building support networks with residents as key resources in order to support
ageing in community.
Kelvin is also an advocate for caregiving and elderly-related issues, rolling
out programmes and services to better support the needs of caregivers in their
journey. Kelvin holds a Bachelor of Business from the Nanyang Technological
University and a Diploma in Counselling from Community Training Australia.
